Heathcote Road Bridge

Project description

Spatial Media was engaged by Transport for NSW to create a virtual information "have your say" centre for the Heathcote Road Bridge upgrade project. Built in 1941 and maintaining state heritage significance, the bridge is set to undergo upgrades to improve its safety and structural integrity, whilst minimising impacts to its original design aesthetic. Construction work is scheduled to begin towards the end of 2021.

Utilising the Community Analytics™ platform, this unique virtual information centre allows the public to easily explore and interact with the project; it includes dynamically-interactive mapping and media, as well as the entire Review of Environmental Factors document (separated into chapters for easier referencing). Visitors are encouraged to make a submission for review by the project team.
