our solution for

Melbourne Airport Virtual Visitor Centre

Engaging on Melbourne Airport's significant projects planned that will deliver much needed aviation infrastructure capacity for Victoria.

The challenge

Create a centralised online space to inform a wide ranging audience of projects planned and enable public engagement on major development plan and master plan.

Our solution

We brought to life a bespoke custom virtual engagement room in the setting of Melbourne Airport’s tarmac to become the ‘Virtual Visitor Centre’. This 360˚environment enables the display of multimedia including leadership videos and event session recordings, important documents and infographics in a user-friendly and inviting manner. The dedicated virtual engagement space allows for effective sharing of ideas and information outside the realm of a traditional website.

The immersive experience also encourages participation and engagement with event sign ups, ability to ask questions and have your say during the consultation period. Virtual engagement spaces are particularly useful for organisations like Melbourne Airport looking to connect with audiences remotely while maintaining an engaging and interactive environment.
