Spatial Media undertook a collaborative design process to develop an interactive Map for Sydney’s Inner West projects. The portal aims to bring an ’all-projects’ approach to the local residents rather than an individual project. The web portal encourages the user to enter their address which will focus the map on their location and only show projects relevant to them. There is a 1, 5, and 10km radius that can be selected.
Utilising the Community Analytics™ platform, Each project on the portal is represented by a clickable dot. When the project is selected, further information is provided to the user in the side bar and a pop-up. The portal also includes pages for community forum and a place to subscribe for updates and provide feedback.
