OUR POWERFUL PLATFORM

Spatial Reality

Bring your projects to life with interactive 3D environments that let stakeholders explore, engage, and understand like never before. Transform how scenes and projects are communicated. Don't just inform - educate, inspire trust, excite and build confidence.

What is Spatial Reality?

At Spatial Media, we design custom 3D visualisations that go beyond static renders or traditional flythroughs. Spatial Reality (SR) is our fully interactive 3D model platform where users can zoom, pan, rotate, and even drive through a digital space in real time - whether it’s a transport corridor, a new precinct, or a large-scale infrastructure project.

Think the highest quality visuals, accurate terrain and fully customisable layers, toggles and options to bring any location or project into context.

Spatial Reality can be used for a whole range of purposes including communicating visuals, planning, design testing and training simulations.

  • Quality - Spatial Reality delivers cinematic-quality graphics with lifelike lighting, textures, and detail. This level of realism helps stakeholders, communities, and decision-makers clearly visualise how a project will look and feel in its real-world context.
  • Scalability - Whether it’s a single precinct, a transport corridor, or a city-wide digital twin, Spatial Reality engine can handle projects of varying scale while maintaining performance and visual fidelity.
  • Engagement - Empower stakeholders to freely navigate, explore, and discover your project at their own pace—no limits, no fixed camera paths.
  • Transparency - Supports GIS, BIM, and real-world datasets, meaning models aren’t just beautiful they’re accurate, functional, and grounded in reliable project data.
  • Flexibility - Content can be viewed in browsers or integrated with virtual consultation tools such as kiosks and headsets. Spatial Reality supports VR, AR, and mixed-reality integration, making it possible to create deeply engaging experiences—from walking through a new transport hub to visualising future precinct developments as if they already existed.
  • Long term value – A Spatial Reality model can evolve with the project lifecycle—used for early consultation, detailed design reviews, construction updates, and even ongoing training or asset management.

They were committed to accuracy and no ask was too hard

Spatial Media understood our brief to a tee and delivered a high quality animation and renders to bring our project to life for the community. Despite a short timeframe, we were given multiple opportunities to provide feedback and suggest changes, all of which were easily understood and promptly actioned. Isaac and the team were flexible, responsive and hit every deadline. They were committed to accuracy and no ask was too hard. The end product will be a centrepiece for communicating our project to the public.

I would highly recommend Spatial Media to any organisation.

I have worked with Spatial Media on a number of design development and master planning activities. Using Spatial Media’s 3D rapid-option testing capability, we were able to visualise multiple scenarios, leading to viable concepts and in turn to well integrated detailed designs. The team is a pleasure to work with and with their ideas generation approach to challenge and confirm client requirements, they offer significant benefits at all project stages. I would highly recommend Spatial Media to any organisation seeking to improve design development, decision-making, and stakeholder confidence across complex projects.
